AssureCenter is an educational product-routing website. It is not an insurance carrier and does not itself issue, underwrite, quote, recommend, bind, or modify insurance coverage.
Licensed activity
Insurance discussions and transactions must be handled by a professional with the required license and carrier appointment in the consumer’s state. A route does not guarantee that a product is available, appropriate, or approved for any visitor.
Product differences
Policy names, benefits, exclusions, limitations, premiums, underwriting, waiting periods, surrender terms, guarantees, and availability differ by carrier, applicant, and state. Read the complete contract and required buyer materials.
Manual-response request only
The generic form records a request for manual phone or email contact and an acknowledgement of these disclosures. It is not authorization for automated, prerecorded, or AI-generated telemarketing calls or texts. A recipient-specific consent flow, named seller, phone number, and compliance approval are required before any automated outreach is enabled.
Do-not-call and delivery controls
Before any recipient contacts a submitted lead, that recipient must use its approved calling process, internal suppression list, required national or state do-not-call controls, and documented consent or inquiry basis. AssureCenter will not activate a live-transfer, dialer, SMS, or CRM delivery path until those controls and the intended recipient are confirmed.
No guarantee
Submission does not guarantee contact, eligibility, approval, coverage, premium, benefits, savings, investment performance, or any other result. No coverage takes effect through this site.
Agent careers
The recruiting path describes a potential 1099 independent-contractor, commission-based opportunity—not salaried employment. Income is not guaranteed. Candidates should obtain written compensation, chargeback, expense, licensing, training, production, and termination terms before committing.
